Engagement and Learning

As a Talent/People executive, I had the privilege to design and create employee learning and recognition. From in-person leadership workshops to virtual onboarding classes, I conduct gap analysis to optimize learning content in a way that will most benefit employees. I utilize adult learning theory and experience in instructional design to provide measurable benefits to the team.

As a CHRO and leadership development consultant, I have hosted large corporate learning and recognition events for 10 to 1,000 people. A recent event (right) combined learning and recognition in a 2-day format in Orlando, Florida.

For in-person learning events, a sample of the events are below. Samples include a sales training with 125 attendees (below left) and a leadership workshop with 20 attendees (below right).

“I had a blast and learned a ton about my new role.”

“I was thoroughly impressed.”

“I would rank the event a 10 out of 10.”

“I made, contracted and sold a deal with a new wholesaler…I generated 4 leads and put in 1 offer from tips at this training.”
